Harvest Crop Collections

*** PLEASE NOTE ***

It is essential that your collection address is registered on Red Tractor

We will not be able to collect any loads from an address that is not registered with Red Tractor

 

When your crop is ready follow this process:

1. Speak to your local Area Manager who will manage the collection process for you

2. If you can’t get through to your Area Manager or you want to make a request outside of manned office hours, you can access the form and make the request yourself

Using the Crop Ready Form - 4 Simple Steps

1. Log in to the members portal here
2. When logged in, click on: 'Submit a Crop Ready form'
3. Complete the form
4. Press 'Submit'

Please make sure all mandatory fields are completed or you will not be able to submit the form

 

Help us to help you

1. Please send weighbridge tickets back as soon as you have them to ensure prompt processing
2. Let us know of any unused CL numbers as early as possible
